Conducts research and provides technical answers to employees, managers, and applicants related to specialty areas such as recruitment and staffing, classification, employee benefits, entitlements, performance management, and pay.

Advises employees about basic personnel matters.
Requirements and Skills
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Ability to take direction and to be self-critical to improve performance
Good communication skills
Very strong computer skills required including very strong Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Internet browser software skills
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Minimum of HND
Minimum Experience
