Since we are already in the haulage and building materials business, building materials ranging from cement, sand, granite etc. will be made available at a much subsidised rate to the prospective house owners.
iii. BUILDING PROFFESSIONALS AND WORKERS
In house Building Professionals like Architects, Engineers, etc. and construction workers like bricklayers, carpenters, painters etc are available and on ground to actually build your house if you so desire and at pocket friendly fees.
STANDARD PROCEDURE is as follows:
1. Make a down payment of N300,000 to N500,000 for your Survey Plan, Deed of Assignment and C of O.
2.Submit your building plan to the company. (If you do not have one arrange to select from our over 100 ready made building designs).
3.Introduce your builders to the company(If you do not have any, arrange to use ours if you wish).
4.Having satisfied 1-3 above you are expected to supply building materials worth at least N400,000 to site to show your readiness to commence your building or the fencing of your plot.(after this, the next plot in line will be physically allocated to you immediately and surveyed in your name while your building plan is sent to town planning office for approval)
5. Continue to remit your outstanding balance for the land over the next 20 months as you continue your house building project.
